This existing 3 bedroom house located
within a complex on Silverton road, required a renovation.
Large travertine tiles now extend from the entrance
through the kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground
floor. The existing kitchen was demolished and a new
kitchen installed together with skylight and plasma
TV on the wall and anti-slam hinges and drawer runners.
The Main Bedroom uses timber floor, with a rug to create
warmth. The Built in cupboards were demolished, and
redesigned as well as the Main En-Suite. All new lighting
was incorporated into the renovation of the house, whereas
some of the previous furniture was kept and some furniture
was sourced or designed where needed. Down the steps
to the TV lounge with the timber flooring and new floating
server, TV unit and curtaining.
The 2 children’s bedrooms are carpeted and now decorated
to the children’s personal tastes together with new
cupboard designs. All bathrooms were totally redesigned
and renovated. The pool and outdoor areas were also
addressed and now incorporate a large pool and water
feature.The granny flat, at the very top of the complex
was decorated to create another room together with its
own new kitchen and laundry area designed, manufactured
and installed.
