Located on the golf course in Southbroom,
with amazing views of the ocean, this 4 bedroom (all
en-suite) house with large open plan lounge, dining
room and kitchen is absolutely superb. The client’s
brief to Jossi Design was to decorate their new house
with the focus on the use of colour. Therefore each
room is designed around a different colour palette,
layered with the pattern and texture of fabrics, and
the use of sprayed supawood and natural timber to create
a restful yet vibrant space.
The lounge incorporates pastel blues and greens and
this, together with the stacking glass doors opening
onto the patio, allows the interior and exterior to
become one space. The hard tiled and wood floors have
been softened with the use of rugs, helping to warm
the spaces and make them more inviting.
Colour has been added in the accessories, such as bright
scatter cushions to help meet the client’s brief more
fully. Altogether, a wonderful spacious home, perfect
for entertaining or a relaxing holiday. |
