| ...This unique and historic premises located
on Musgrave Road provided Jossi Design with some great
inspiration. Cassim Kadwa Architects and Valuers secured
this amazing location named ‘The Stables’ and the character
of the building speaks for itself.
We enjoyed creating this welcoming, yet contemporary
and upmarket office space. We worked closely with the
client to ensure we listened to their wants and needs.
It was important that the company’s clients and suppliers
get an immediate impression about the company’s corporate
image and respected reputation in the industry when
entering the office space. Therefore wallpaper was used
to create features in the waiting area and in the CEO’s
office.
The existing timber trusses were kept exposed as we
did not cover up the true character of the building,
lighting was therefore an important consideration as
we wanted the trusses to be a feature but we still had
to get functional light to the various office spaces.
The use of glass walls and doors adds the cotemporary
touch needed for this wonderful office space.
We are very happy with the outcome and we hope that
Cassim Kadwa Architects and Valuers enjoy many successful
